Leaf Collection Schedule 2007

Leaf pick up will begin the week of October 29, 2007 throughout the Borough. The ONLY materials that will be collected are Leaves, Grass Clippings, Flowers and Garden Plants (No Root Balls) (No Limbs or Brush).

The above listed materials are to be placed on the sidewalk side of the curb NO LATER THAN 7:00 a.m. ON THE SCHEDULE PICK UP DAY. The only reason the Borough will pick up in an alley is if the alley is the only roadway accessing the property.

The materials may be loose or bagged, although it is preferred that they are loose. If they are bagged, the Borough will not empty the bags and return them to the property owner.

The schedule is as follows – rain or shine:      
  Monday        1^st Ward
  Tuesday        2^nd Ward
  Wednesday   3^rd Ward
  Thursday      4^th Ward
  Friday           5^th Ward

The Public Works Department will continue this schedule until all the leaves are down or the first snowfall.
